The Role:

We are seeking an Account Executive, based in Anvers, to manage our existing clients and partners among our DSP users. Reporting to the Head of Sales for the Belgian market, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while delivering operational excellence. Your expertise will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, improving retention rates and establishing our company as a trusted leader in DOOH.

Where and how can you work?

The position is based in Anvers, fully remote.

With the possibility of having an office in a co-working space.

You will attend our quarterly business reviews in Bordeaux.

What will be your impact?

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for:

* Promoting Displayce's DSP platform to the advertising market in Belgium:

- Identify prospects (independent media agencies, trading desks and advertisers in Belgium) and organise meetings with them to promote the use of our Displayce DSP.

- Negotiate the terms and conditions of use of the platform in line with customer expectations.

- Organise regular meetings with agency account managers, lead plenary sessions and create momentum within each agency to generate as many briefs as possible.

- Manage QBRs to retain agencies,

* Work closely with agencies to increase the number of pDOOH campaigns (consulting and purchasing):

- Identify/create new opportunities to accelerate business growth.

- Maintain a recurring pipeline of campaigns in our DSP,

* Educate advertisers on the use of programmatic DOOH, involving their agencies if necessary.
* Work closely with the CSM team to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
* Participate in networking events,

You will be a good fit if :

* You have extensive knowledge of the media industry in Belgium, with several successful experiences in digital advertising agencies.
* You have at least 2 years' experience in an Account Executive role.
* If you are comfortable travelling within Belgium and the Netherlands.
* You have a particular appetite for complex media systems, while being committed to making them easy to understand.
* You enjoy finding the best solution for your client; your motivation is their satisfaction.
* You are well versed in programmatic advertising; knowledge of DOOH would be a plus.
* You have a commercial appetite.
* You are able to work independently, and you are thorough and organised.
* You speak French, Dutch and English, and you are able to conduct a sales meeting in all three languages.
* You are able to work in Anvers.

Our hiring process:

* 1. Pre-qualification interview (20 minutes): An initial discussion to assess your background and suitability for the position.
* 2. A second meeting (30 minutes): with Gauthier Mine, our Sales Director
* 3. In-depth interview (2 hours): Case study + live presentation and discussion with future colleagues
* 4. Final meeting (30 minutes): A final discussion with our founder, Laure, to align visions and finalise the process.
