About the job

Our client is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join their growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of key clients predominantly from the retail and media sectors, ensuring their satisfaction, retention, and success.
4. Build lasting relationships: Cultivate strong, enduring relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges.
5. Drive revenue growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to meet client needs and foster revenue growth.
6. Provide strategic guidance: Deliver regular performance reports and business reviews to clients, offering strategic insights and recommendations.
7. Ensure client satisfaction: Collaborate closely with internal teams to address client concerns promptly and ensure overall satisfaction.
8. Leverage insights: Monitor client usage metrics and provide strategic guidance based on actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.

About the ideal candidate

9. Proven Track Record: Demonstrate a history of success in account management or client-facing roles, ideally within the marketing technology or SaaS industry.
10. Strong Communication Skills: Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility across all levels of stakeholders.
11. Problem-Solving Acumen: Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
12. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
