Software Architect (Java / Angular) – Hybrid
B2B Contract
Languages: English (fluent) + French or Dutch (professional working proficiency)
We’re looking for a seasoned Software Architect to join our team and take the lead in shaping a modern, resilient technical platform using Java 17+, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and Angular 18+. Your role will blend architecture, technical mentorship, and hands-on involvement in solution design and planning. You'll collaborate with motivated engineers, influence architecture decisions, and ensure our systems align with the principles of Hexagonal Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
Requirements:
* Java 17+ with Spring Boot
* Angular 18 or newer
* Hexagonal architecture (Ports and Adapters), Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
* Familiarity with ArchiMate or similar modeling tools
* WebComponents: Any level of experience (even theoretical) is a plus
Responsibilities:
* Architecture Design: Lead the design of scalable, maintainable, and modern software systems
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
* Engage in high-level technical planning and roadmap discussions
* Contribute to clear and structured architectural documentation
