For our office Antwerp we are seeking a:
Logistic Service Coordinator Ocean Export
Your Responsibilities:
1. Order processing management / EDI orders & manual file completion
2. Customer order plausibility analysis
3. Planning / Booking / Transportation orders
4. Coordination / follow up of the shipments
5. Documentation / administration / invoicing / filing
6. Feedback to the customer (internal and external reporting of the shipments to the customer) by various means (Mail, phone, EDI)
7. Operational troubleshooting
8. Non-conformance reporting in accordance with the KPI’s
9. Cooperation with approved subcontractors in accordance with agreed rates
10. End-to-end processing
11. Punctual and flawless order handling and documentation
12. Knowledge of Hazmat processes.

Job Requirements:
13. Experience of logistics and forwarding operations / regulations and documentation or other commercial training
14. Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications
15. Good administrative skills and Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and / or other market leading software applications
16. Good oral and written communication skills in English and Dutch are mandatory
17. Knowledge of French is a nice to have
18. Initiative and strong sense for organization in order to meet customer requirements.
19. Stress resistant
20. Team player, but also able to work independently
21. Able to work with different cultures
22. Ability to find solution for difficult demanding situations
23. Versatile forwarding experience (export) is an advantage
24. Knowledge of HazMat regulations is an advantage
