You support large-scale projects

Your key responsabilities ?

Technical Responses and Proposals: Prepare high-quality technical responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and tenders, including pricing and commercial proposals. Pre-Sales Activities: Lead pre-sales efforts by supporting business development and sales teams, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting in contract negotiations. Project Delivery Support: Oversee solution delivery to customers, leveraging opportunities for expansion and ensuring customer satisfaction with technical and operational performance. Expertise and Representation: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific product lines, representing the company’s capabilities in various settings. Relationship Management: Identify and qualify procurement opportunities, manage customer interactions, and develop partnerships or channels as needed. Marketing and Events: Participate in exhibitions, demonstrations, and presentations to showcase the company’s solutions. Institutional and OEM Collaboration: Build strong institutional relationships and foster collaborations with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). Documentation and Administration: Prepare and manage tender responses, marketing presentations, licensing documentation, security clearances, and NDAs. Customer and Market Analysis: Analyze customer requirements, track market trends, and monitor competitors to design compliant and competitive solutions.
5. Your talents

Flexibility, pragmatism, and solution-oriented mindset

You hold a University Degree in (electronic/electrical) Engineering or equivalent by experience. Furthermore, you have a successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.

The right candidate will :

Have proven experience in technical pre-sales with advanced technology companies, preparing and supporting the sales of high value solutions to institutional customers ; Hold a first experience with customer presentations & demonstrations, acceptance tests, customer trainings, delivery ; Have a very good command of French AND English, any other language is a plus ; Be resilient, you have good resistance to stressful situations ; Have ability to develop a strong internal and external network ; Be agile in communication and can handle with discretion & confidentiality; Have excellent organizational skills; Be willing to travel around 10-20% of working hours.
