Corporate PMO role within a global Customer Experience organization, supporting senior leadership through executive coordination, project management, communication, and operational support. The position requires a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced international environments and is comfortable working with digital tools, AI solutions, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Your function
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and business-oriented PMO to support senior leadership within a global Customer Experience organization.
This is a highly visible and demanding role combining Executive Assistant responsibilities with project management, vendor coordination, communication support, and operational leadership.
The ideal candidate is independent, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before being asked. They thrive in fast-paced, multicultural, matrix organizations and enjoy connecting the dots across teams, projects, and leadership levels.
This function reports to the Enterprise Customer Experience Director .
Remote role (80% remote / 20% office ) with flexibility for additional office presence when needed. Optional international travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Project Support
* Act as strategic support to the CX leadership team.
* Represent leadership in meetings when required.
* Coordinate priorities, actions, and follow-up across multiple stakeholders and projects.
* Ensure smooth communication between C-level leadership and operational teams.
Presentations & Communication
* Create executive-level PowerPoint presentations and reports.
* Draft internal communications, updates, and leadership materials.
* Translate complex information into clear, impactful messaging.
AI & Digital Enablement
* Drive productivity through AI tools such as Copilot and other LLM-based solutions.
* Support AI adoption and innovation within the team.
* Work confidently in a Microsoft environment including Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, SAP, and Salesforce.
Vendor & Budget Management
* Manage relationships with key vendors and external partners.
* Oversee vendor budgets of approximately €200K–€300K per vendor.
* Coordinate contracts, invoices, renewals, and SLA follow-up.
Document & Operational Management
* Maintain structured document management across SharePoint and Teams.
* Ensure operational discipline, tracking, and governance across the organization.
* Anticipate needs and proactively prepare materials and documentation.
Your profile
The Perfect Candidate
* Native or fluent English and French
* Experience in international matrix organizations.
* Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills (including pivot tables).
* Master of Microsoft Package, SAP and AI productivity tools.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* High attention to detail without being overly perfectionistic.
* Flexible, responsive, and comfortable in a demanding environment.
A background in marketing, communications, customer experience or executive support is highly valued
