Where no two days are the same. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Tech Transfer Specialist in the Life Sciences division, you will play a critical role in managing the transfer of manufacturing processes, analytical methods, and technologies from RD to commercial production or between manufacturing sites. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including RD, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient technology transfers. You will: /p ul liLead and coordinate technology transfer projects across internal and external manufacturing sites. /li liDevelop and manage tech transfer plans, risk assessments, and gap analyses. /li liEnsure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. /li liCollaborate with process development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs teams. /li liSupport process validation, scale-up, and troubleshooting activities. /li liDocument and report transfer activities, deviations, and resolutions. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digitalization of tech transfer processes. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in the Life Sciences: Biomedical sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related field. /li liYoung graduate to 5 years of experience in tech transfer, manufacturing, or process development in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. /li liStrong understanding of GMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory expectations. /li liExperience with biologics, small molecules, or advanced therapies (e.g., cell gene therapy) is a plus. /li liExcellent project management and communication skills. /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment. /li liFluent in Dutch and English or French and English. /li liFamiliarity with digital tools for tech transfer (e.g., electronic batch records, data analytics platforms). /li liExperience with CDMOs and global tech transfer projects. /li liLean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certifications. /li liKnowledge of data integrity and digital validation principles. /li /ul h3What You Will Love About Working Here /h3 ul liAt Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, we offer you can work 70% from home; we also offer our flex abroad program, which allows up to 45 days abroad to maintain a good work-life balance. /li liOur mission is your career path.
