As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities are:

* Managing and organizing calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
* Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
* Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
* Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
* Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation.
* Assisting with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
* Providing general administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.


A successful Executive Assistant should have:

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
* Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience in managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the professional services industry is an advantage.
* Adaptability to work in a temporary position in Zaventem.
