Your Mission:
 * Cultivate Long-Term Partnerships: Develop robust relationships with our key clients (European Institutions, Banks), ensuring their success and satisfaction.
 * Market Explorer: Fearlessly scout new opportunities and clients, keeping your finger on the pulse of market trends.
 * Sales Cycle Maestro: Collaborate with our Recruitment Team to orchestrate the entire sales cycle—from initial requests to price negotiations.
 * Talent Scout: Support our recruitment efforts by identifying top-notch candidates.
 * On-Site Relationship Guru: Maintain strong connections with our on-site consultants.
 * CRM Wizard: Administer our existing CRM system with finesse.
 * Direct Line to Success: Report directly to the Deputy Managing Director
Requirements:
 * Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, sales, or management-related studies.
 * IT Savvy: An IT background or a strong interest in IT to fully grasp your clients’ needs.
 * Experience: Junior to Medior in Sales, enhancing customer relationships.
 * Language Skills: Fluent in French and/or Dutch + English (knowledge of any other language is a plus).
 * Autonomy & Commitment: Thrive in autonomy, committed to excellence, and able to deal with the unexpected.
 * Global Perspective: Understand business concerns from individual to global levels.
