Job Description – Service Engineer
Systemair is a Swedish, publicly listed, global manufacturer active in ventilation, air handling, air conditioning and heating.
As part of the Systemair Group, we are a growing team of 31 people, spread across two offices: Aarschot and Seneffe.
We supply equipment and solutions for ventilation (fans, fire dampers, VAV/CAV dampers), air handling units (residential, commercial and industrial) with or without controls, chilled water air conditioning (chillers, heat pumps, fan coil units, etc.), DX air conditioning under the Panasonic brand (splits, heat pumps, VRF), as well as the heating division of Systemair, "Frico" (air curtains, radiant panels, etc.).
We have a service team of 9 people, mainly active in commissioning and carrying out interventions during the warranty period.
To strengthen our service organization, we are looking for a motivated colleague who will support our customers and technicians from the office.
Key Responsibilities – Service Engineer
The Service Engineer supports customers and internal technicians from the office located in Aarschot by analysing and resolving technical issues. He/she acts as a central point of contact for technical support and contributes to an efficient and customer-oriented service organization.
The Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical advice, handling incoming hotline requests, preparing and following up on quotations, and supplying accurate technical documentation. In addition, he/she manages claims and service-related cases, working closely with internal departments and external partners.
Through a proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach, the Service Engineer contributes to high customer satisfaction, smooth support for field technicians, and the continuous improvement of service processes.
Systemair provides extensive training on its products as well as communication skills, ensuring in-depth technical knowledge of our solutions. These training sessions may take place at our offices or at one of the Systemair Group's production facilities.
