Job Description

As an Account Manager LED Lighting, you are responsible for managing and developing our customer portfolio in Wallonia. You will be the primary point of contact for our distribution partners and work proactively to identify new commercial opportunities with installation companies.

You will analyze customer needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction. By staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the LED sector and monitoring the competition, you provide valuable insights to both your clients and management.

Key Responsibilities

* Portfolio Management: Manage and expand the customer base within the Walloon region.
* Business Development: Proactively identify new sales opportunities and prospects.
* Solution Selling: Analyze technical requirements and develop customized lighting solutions.
* Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals.
* Relationship Building: Establish and maintain solid, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
* Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure flawless project delivery.
* Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new product innovations.

Your Profile

* Education: At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the lighting industry or a related technical sector.
* Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a strong customer-centric mindset.
* Attributes: Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
* Network: Strong knowledge of the Walloon region and an existing professional network there.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with LED lighting systems is a significant advantage.
* Languages: Fluency in French; a good command of English is required.
