About the job
As Pricing & Revenue Manager, you will:
5. Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies.
6. Act as a key advisor to sales teams across the different business units, at the group level.
7. Work closely with finance, IT, and sales to improve revenue management.
8. Start at Belgium HQ, and travel occasionally to expand to international sales offices.
Your Responsibilities
9. Data & Insights: Analyze sales data (Power BI, Excel, internal tools) to identify pricing opportunities.
10. Strategic Guidance: Recommend pricing & promotional strategies based on market trends, foster a data-driven culture.
11. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate and align with sales, finance & IT to drive revenue optimization.
12. Process Improvement: Implement standardized pricing processes and automation.

13. Analytical & Commercial: You have strong data skills with a commercial mindset, proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI)
14. Influential Communicator: You are able to collaborate & drive change. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
15. Strategic & entrepreneurial vision : You are able to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and drive implementation. You are comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative.
16. Experienced: You have a first analytical experience with a strong business orientation, and a knowledge of different sales channels (retail, BB, food service)
