Moore invites you to join the Business Unit Tax & Legal as a Junior Jurist Business Legal.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse the client’s current situation and identify opportunities to optimise their financial, legal and economic position, providing customized, practical advice.
* Prepare and review legal documents, such as corporate legal plans, agreements, letters of intent, due‑diligence reports and other relevant documents.
* Write articles, organise seminars on contemporary legal topics and develop or update standard model documents to advance internal and external legal knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills
* Master’s degree in Law (juridical studies); a supplementary diploma in corporate law and/or tax is a plus, and/or relevant professional experience, preferably from a law firm or consultancy.
* Fluent in Dutch; very good proficiency in English and French.
* Broad, general legal and tax knowledge with a specific interest in enterprises and entrepreneurs.
* Ability to explain complex legal matters in a comprehensible way to clients and turn them into actionable proposals.
* Efficient, meticulous work style even under time pressure.
* Motivation for challenging, innovative work and strong analytical thinking.
