To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative, who will act as the first point of contact for potential customers, driving engagement and accelerating pipeline velocity through proactive outreach and qualification.

The SDR is a critical part of BESTMIX Software's commercial strategy. This role focuses on pipeline generation and qualification, ensuring that our Account Executives receive high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.

The SDR function is the engine of our growth strategy. By ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities, this role directly impacts revenue generation and market expansion. SDRs are not just lead generators—they are trusted advisors in the making, setting the tone for customer relationships and shaping the success of our sales organization.

You will work from our headquarters in Maldegem, Belgium or our office in Veenendaal,the Netherlands.

Your mission at BESTMIX:

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound and outbound leads to assess fit, needs, and readiness for a sales conversation.

Pipeline Generation: Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, phone, and social channels to create new opportunities.

Discovery: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and align them with BESTMIX solutions.

Collaboration: Work closely with our Industry Experts and Marketing based on ideal customer profiles and target customer groups. Align with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions.

CRM Management: Maintain accurate and timely data in HubSpot CRM, ensuring visibility and reporting integrity.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer challenges to tailor outreach.

Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed KPIs related to outbound activities, qualified meetings, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.

Key Focus Areas

Velocity: Drive a high cadence of outreach and qualification to accelerate pipeline growth.

Quality: Ensure leads meet agreed qualification criteria to maximize conversion rates.

Consistency: Maintain structured processes for lead engagement and follow-up.

Alignment: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging and targeting.

What added value do you offer BESTMIX Software?

Experience & Skills

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining quality.

Familiarity with consultative selling and discovery techniques.

1–3 years in a similar role (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales) within SaaS or software solutions is a plus.

Very good knowledge of the German language and the English language.

Tools & Tech Stack Knowledge

CRM: HubSpot, Salesforce or similar

Prospecting Tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesIntel (preferred).

Engagement Platforms: Email sequencing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft).

Data Management: Basic MS Office/Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Other: Understanding of Power BI dashboards for KPI tracking is a plus.
