About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inside Sales Engineer to join our Pumps Department, supporting projects in the energy sector. This is a permanent, office-based position located in Brussels.
The successful candidate will work closely with the external sales team, providing technical and commercial support by preparing tailored quotations, selecting the correct equipment (pumps, materials, measurements), and ensuring all technical requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the technical contact for internal sales matters related to pumps
* Prepare accurate technical quotations based on client specifications and project requirements
* Select appropriate pumps and materials, ensuring technical viability and compliance
* Liaise with external sales, engineering, and production teams
* Maintain thorough documentation and attention to detail in all technical and commercial offers
* Become a product expert over time, understanding performance criteria, applications, and limitations
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field preferred
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
* Recently graduated or up to a few years of experience
* Strong attention to detail, methodical, and precise — ideally suited for nuclear/energy sector projects
* Communicative and collaborative, able to work with multiple departments
* Must be willing to work on-site full-time until autonomous
* Hybrid working (2 days/week from home) possible after autonomy is reached
