Business Analyst (Financial Services) - Freelance

The role sits within a Scrum team responsible for customer onboarding, customer data management, access management, and operational tooling. The focus is on analysing and improving operational processes and supporting the delivery of process changes across multiple stakeholders.
The role works closely with business stakeholders and development teams to define target processes, support implementation activities, and prepare documentation and training material for end users.
Responsibilities
* Document and maintain existing operational processes
* Identify process improvements and obtain validation from stakeholders
* Define target operational processes together with business stakeholders
* Support the implementation of operational processes with the wider team
* Follow up with development teams to ensure delivery of identified improvements
* Prepare documentation for end users
* Support the preparation and delivery of end-user training
* Provide backup support for other Business Analysts within the team
Profile
* 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
* Experience with business process management and process improvement
* Experience facilitating workshops to understand operational processes
* Experience working xphnsxz within Agile or Scrum environments
Knowledge or experience with the following is considered beneficial:
* BPMN
* Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
* Banking or financial services environments
* Customer onboarding processes
* Data management
