IT Project Manager - Architecture Governance

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architecture governance initiatives from planning through to delivery
Define scope, timelines, priorities, and deliverables across architecture streams
Set up and run an Architecture Board, including agenda management and decision tracking
Coordinate stakeholders across multiple teams to ensure alignment and progress
Monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies across projects
Provide clear reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
Drive standardisation of processes, tools, and ways of working
Identify bottlenecks and ensure timely escalation and resolution
Skills/Must have:
Experience as an IT Project Manager, PMO, or Delivery Manager
Exposure to IT Architecture environments (Enterprise, Solution, or Application)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in complex environments
Experience managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
Structured, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset
Based in Belgium and able to work near-site
Fluent in English
