En tant qu'administrateur(trice) de Projet, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le soutien des activités liées aux ressources humaines, au suivi des chantiers, ainsi qu'à la gestion des factures entrantes et sortantes. Vos responsabilités seront variées, touchant à plusieurs aspects essentiels de la gestion de projet.
Some of your duties include:
Comme adjoint(e) vous effectuerez de nombreuses tâches d'appoint liées aux RH, au suivi des chantiers, au suivi des factures entrantes et sortantes.
Vos tâches quotidiennes se composent donc de plusieurs parties :
* Suivi des prestations,
* Préparation des décomptes, de la facturation,
* Suivi des factures entrantes,
* Déclaration de chômage temporaire,
* Déclaration au checkin at work,
* Créer et suivi des demandes d'impétrants et des autorisations des communes
* Suivi du chantier
* Suivi des matériaux livrés par les chauffeurs sur chantier.
Suivi des dommages et incidents avec la compagnie d'assurance et le client.
Your profile
* Vous pouvez travailler de manière indépendante mais avez également l'esprit d'équipe.
* Vous êtes motivé et faites preuve d'initiative.
* Vous savez mettre de l'ordre, planifier et êtes doué pour les tâches administratives.
* S'exprimer en néerlandais est un atout majeur.
* Vous osez présenter vos propres idées et les mettre en œuvre dans les opérations quotidiennes.
* La connaissance ou l'intérêt pour l'administration de la paie est un atout majeur.
* Une connaissance pour la construction ou le génie civil est également un atout.
