As part of a strategic digital transformation programme, we're looking for an experienced
Business Analyst
to support the
migration of Front-to-Back applications
within the IT department of a leading financial institution.
Your responsibilities:
* Analyse business needs and lead scoping workshops
* Design functional solutions and write detailed analysis documents
* Act as the key interface between business, IT, and the Blackrock vendor
* Support testing phases and ensure traceability of changes
* Drive process improvements and ensure regulatory alignment
Your profile:
* 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in finance or asset management
* Strong understanding of Front-to-Back environments and migration challenges
* Autonomous, structured, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams
* Solid technical and functional analysis skills
* ITIL Foundation and/or AML Compliance certification is a plus
