Sales Representative Access Control BeLu (Walloon area)
1. A family business specializing in window hardware, door locking and mechanical and electronic access control.
2. An international company with headquarters in Telgte and 3 production sites in Germany
3. Expansion strategy with over 2,300 employees worldwide
4. 65% of sales coming from Export
5. The Sales Representative is responsible for selling Winkhaus products in the access control sector (mechanical and electronical profile cylinders).
6. He/she advises customers and prospects by identifying their needs in order to offer them a suitable solution.
7. He/she develops the customer portfolio in the whole Walloon area.
8. He/she monitors and do his/her utmost to achieve sales targets set by the Management.
9. Advising end customers, architects, planners and specialist retailers.
10. Assisting product training and/or mounting with the help of the technical advisor.
11. Updating data in CRM_SAP Cloud for Customers on a weekly basis.
12. Monitoring complaints in accordance with Winkhaus process.
13. Attendance at trade fairs.
14. Technical and commercial know-how in building industry
15. Languages: fluent in French and English. German and Dutch are a plus.
16. Experience in access control organisation
