The mission takes place within an infrastructure engineering team responsible for operating and evolving a large on-premises Elastic platform. The role focuses on system design, automation, performance optimization, and operational reliability, ensuring that the Elastic environment remains scalable, stable, and efficient.
Role Description
As a Senior System Design Engineer, you perform advanced technical engineering services across system software and IT infrastructure. You translate business and technical requirements into robust designs, validate architectural choices, and support deployments while maintaining high standards of performance, reliability, and documentation. You are also involved in complex incident resolution, root cause analysis, and participate in on-call rotations for the systems under your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and translate requirements into technical designs.
