As part of its digital transformation, our client is launching a key project to migrate network drives to SharePoint Online, within the broader deployment of the Microsoft 365 environment. Beyond a simple data transfer, this project involves rethinking existing document architectures — historically built around technical folder structures — and evolving them toward process-oriented and business-driven information architectures. In this context, our clinet is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support business teams, IT, and governance stakeholders in defining and implementing the target document management model.br/

h2Key responsibilities /h2
ul
liAnalyse current document management practices and network drive usage (AS-IS). /li
liGather and understand business processes (HR, Quality, Finance, Compliance, Engineering, Procurement, IT) and their associated document workflows. /li
liModel key document processes AS-IS and TO-BE using the appropriate level of formalism (BPMN standard). /li
liDefine a target information architecture in SharePoint Online, aligned with Data governance principles and the client#39;s framework. /li
liTranslate business needs into actionable functional requirements for IT (specifications, user stories). /li
liSupport key users and contribute to the sustainable adoption of new document management practices. /li
