Ensur is a young but rapidly growing consultancy firm that focuses exclusively on the insurance sector. You are an ambitious professional with a keen interest and a proven track record in the finance department of insurance companies. As one of our managing business consultants, you will support insurance companies realizing their ambition for operational excellence by transforming their finance department operating model, designing state-of-the art processes and putting in place the right business and technology architecture while juggling and complying with the various regulatory aspects.

Lead one or more teams to deliver Finance transformation projects as a program, project manager
Manage client relationships and coach more junior consultants
Help clients to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness by analysing and improving business processes, for example by automation
Support the finance department in integrating the impacts generated by the M&A activities of the company
Coordinate and implement, with client finance teams, regulatory changes arising from EU directives or Belgian legislation
Manage different stakeholders, internal and external and across functional domains

You have a passion for Insurance and for Finance
You have at least 10 years’ professional experience as a business analyst, consultant or auditor, and can demonstrate 5 years’ experience as a project manager within the financial department of an insurance company.

Finance processes improvement or automation (Lean, RPA…)
ERP packages or finance specific tools implementation
Financial data management and dashboard xphnsxz implementation (BI tools)
Budgeting & controlling processes or performance management
Payments, Purchase to pay (P2P) or Order to Cash (OTC) processes
Assets & Liabilities Management (ALM)
AI tools for finance
You are able to manage several projects in parallel
You have a good knowledge Dutch, French and English
You will work in a team of highly skilled and qualified insurance experts who will support you throughout your career
