Sourse is now seeking a motivated
Internal Sales Specialist
to join our team and help us drive our mission forward.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects, actively driving lead generation and prospecting efforts to expand our client base. You will also provide essential support to the external sales team by identifying potential clients, managing schedules, and coordinating opportunities. Additionally, you will ensure proper use of our CRM system, maintaining accurate data and enabling seamless client relationship management, upholding our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Qualification:
Proactively research and identify potential
clients using all available tools (Google, AI, LinkedIn, AWEX, etc.), and feed qualified leads into Odoo CRM.
2. First Contact & Appointment Setting:
Initiate first contact with prospects to qualify leads and schedule meetings for the external sales team.
3. Market landscape:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing regular updates and insights to the sales & marketing teams.
4. Sales Administration:
Support internal sales processes, including quote preparation, proposal drafting, and administrative follow-up.
5. Database Management:
Restructure and maintain the client database according to the latest standards and templates.
6. Reporting & Analysis:
Manage CRM data, generate commercial insights, and contribute to sales strategy development.
7. Collaboration:
Work closely with the external sales "hunter" and other teams to ensure seamless handover and follow-up of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Demonstrated advanced proficiency with AI tools that materially accelerate sales work (lead research, account mapping, outreach personalization, …)
* Fearless on the phone to source, reach, and qualify new prospects.
* Multilingual profile: fluency in English, German and Spanish is required; Italian is a strong asset. French is NOT mandatory.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Strong commercial insight and technical understanding, with genuine enthusiasm for working in an innovative environment.
* Few years of experience of sales in a similar internal position for innovative, technology-base services or product.
* Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Proficiency in CRM software (Odoo preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and generative sales AI tools.
