In order to provide support for the MAINSYS IT infrastructure and services, MAINSYS is looking for IT Support Engineers who will:Implement, maintain, manage and monitor installed systems, infrastructure, software and hardware within our offices, our IT datacenters and on the CloudTroubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions to software and hardware issues and diagnosticsManage multiple open cases / support tickets at onceEnsuring issues are fully closed off and communicated to internal clientsProvide accurate reporting, documentation, and technical knowledgeSupport release of new applications and test new technology and applicationsAiding in shaping how IT supports the business as a whole via contributions to the service desk and the change management processesMeeting SLA’s objectives including reaction and resolution times for managed ticketsSupport on IT projects (Security, Infrastructure, Development)Deploy infrastructure and applications and make sure they are in line with our corporate policiesManage that the IT infrastructure, systems and applications are secure, reliable, and deployed in an efficient wayImplement a comprehensive patch management strategy aligned with IT goals, plan and coordinate the deployment of patches, review reports and compliance statusConduct security events analysis reporting, identify and manage incidents, etc.Document and design processes / procedures and keep them up to dateEvaluate and recommend new IT technologies and best practices.We coach our new IT Support Engineers and provide them with trainings adapted to the context of the MAINSYS IT Support services and aiming at developing the required skills, both in IT and around the banking applications.Your ProfileYou are an IT Support Engineer and have a degree in computer science or equivalentYou have at least 3 years of experience as IT Support Engineer, DevOps Engineer or a similar software engineering roleYou speak French and/or Dutch and are proficient in EnglishYou have a broad technical knowledge of Office 365, Windows server, network management, hardware, software, etc.Detailed knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS operating systemPrevious hands-on experienceAbility to troubleshoot user level related network issuesYou have knowledge of or are interested in learning more about information security, business continuity, compliance management and overall understanding of IT service managementYou are dynamic, problem solving, self-taught, customer oriented and team spiritYou have skills in hosting services:Practical experience and knowledge of concepts such as:-Deployment models (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, etc.)-Architecture and design-Automation and orchestration-Migration and integrationExperience with hosting tools and platforms is important.
