Job Description
Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, seeks an experienced Validation & Test Engineer to strengthen development and validation teams focused on vehicles, hybrid powertrains, and automatic transmissions.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, supervise, and execute automotive validation and test campaigns.
* Analyze and solve technical issues related to powertrain and transmission systems.
* Represent validation activities across the organization and liaise with internal teams and clients.
* Apply structured work and problem‑solving methods (e.g., 8D, root cause analysis).
* Contribute to the preparation and optimization of automotive test facilities.
* Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of engineers or test technicians.
Candidate Profile / Requirements
Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Electro‑Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive sector, ideally with hybrid powertrains and automatic transmissions.
