Responsibilities
* Build Strong Alliances: Establish and maintain long-lasting business relationships with existing customers, helping them understand and identify their needs, and proposing tailor-made solutions.
* Scout for New Opportunities: Proactively identify potential leads and opportunities within your assigned area, nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing and dormant customers.
* Execute Sales Strategy: Monitor KPIs, manage key priorities, and work closely with specialists to analyze customer needs and submit tailored offers for proposed solutions.
* Ensure Compliance: Ensure all sales activities align with compliance regulations and the Krones Group sales policy.
* Document Client Visits: Properly document client visits, opportunities, installed base, and other information in the CRM system to drive and monitor sales execution.
Requirements:
* Commercial and Project Management Experience: Proven track record in an industrial environment (Food & Beverage) with a strong technical background (mechanical, electrical, ...).
* Technical Education: Master or bachelor degree with a technical orientation.
* Customer Satisfaction Focus: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and high teamwork abilities.
* SAP & Salesforce Proficiency: Proficient in SAP and Salesforce.
* Data-Driven Approach: Experience in utilizing data to come up with new commercial opportunities.
* Time and Self-Management: Good time and self-management skills.
