We are the Belgian Digital Commerce team. It’s our ambition to be the preferred Digital Commerce partner externally and internally by:

-Partnering with our customers to grow online ahead of the market;
-Brilliantly executing 7 omnichannel assets (7OA);
-Supporting the Unilever omnichannel sales and category management teams;
Business context and main purpose of the job:
This role is a great opportunity for those who want to broaden their experience in the exiting digital commerce channel.
As digital commerce expert, you will be co-responsible for achieving the organization’s commercial goals for a portfolio of customers in the online space. Together with the dComm Channel & Account Manager, you will manage Pure Players accounts and lead the important topic of e-merchandising aka “Perfect Store Online” (PSO). Further, you will be responsible for developing and executing an action plan on PSO-improvement and search optimization with our key omnichannel customers.
Key Responsibilities
·Support the dComm Channel & Account Manager on
oExecuting the negotiated customer business plans for PP customers
oManage volumes & price of the promotional plan (where needed in VF)
·Lead “Perfect Store Online” (PSO) in Belgium:
oOwn the retro-planning to ensure that all innovations and renovations (incl. RSVs) are launched at the right moment at the right retailer with the right 7OA;
oCoordinate the local roll-out of “Global Content Suite”, to achieve an automated flow of information between the different tools and streamline content management
oUse Data Impact to track, report and improve our online PSO scores with key omnichannel customers
oSet up and execute and action plan improving PSO with key customers
·Be the owner of processes & tools:
oSalsify (switch to KWERY in H1 2024) – Be the expert of this tool by giving internal training to new joiners when needed and emphasizing the importance of enriched content (and ensure smooth transition to Global Content Suite/KWERY)
oGlobal Content Suite/KWERY – own the local roll-out of this global data management tool (and ensure smooth transition from Salsify)
oData Impact – Use this analytics platform that tracks PSO scores with omnichannel customers. Track, analyze and put in place action plans to improve PSO scores.
oBrandBank - be the owner of the product creation in BrandBank to ensure that the right products are launched at the right moment.
oVF & PowerQuest - In collaboration with the KAM, you manage volumes & price of the promotion plan in the promo tool.
oFinancial Support (Coupa) – support the Channel Manager in Purchase Order creation to make sure that the right amount is paid to the supplier for the different tools used.

Who are you?
·Ideally +3 years working experience in a Digital or Commercial role
·You connect easily with many internal and external stakeholders
·You have good communications skills
·You are organized
·You are enthusiastic, take initiative and have perseverance
·Your are fluent in French and/or Dutch & English.
