Description
As part of a Salesforce Field Service migration project, we are looking for a Salesforce team to support us.
Initially, we are looking for a driven Salesforce Field Service Solution Architect with demonstrable experience, certification, and knowledge. At a later stage, the vendor may request an additional profile.
You will join a product team operating under a scrum approach. Confluence and Jira are our most frequently used tools.
This expertise will be utilized in areas such as:
* C2C meter reading: business needs still need to be assessed against (standard) product usage and the implementation plan needs to be documented.
* Providing expertise regarding Salesforce Professional Services, where there are currently improvement proposals that lie outside the standard functionality of the Salesforce Field Service platform.
* Providing insights into SAP S4 integrations: integrating Salesforce Field Service with the new S4 for all types of work orders (beyond affiliation), and the link with logistics and contracts requires research and architectural choices.
* Possible use of Salesforce Mobile App for calendar consultation and bulk work: research of architectural aspects, security and derivation.
Client expects a proposal from a Salesforce Field Service Solution Architect, scalable with 1 additional Salesforce Field Service expert if necessary.

Currently it is sufficient to offer the basic team. When one of the scalable profiles is needed, they should be offered via the platform as an addition to the basic team. If the supplier subscribes to this request, they confirm that they can deliver the scalable profiles later within an acceptable timeframe after calling up the additional profile.
