We’re hiring: Customer Service Representative (Logistics) – Belgium
Join a global logistics provider supporting end-to-end supply chain operations across industries like e-commerce, consumer goods, and healthcare.
What you’ll do:
Coordinate daily transport operations (road freight)
Manage order entry & transport/customs documentation
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams
Handle ad hoc shipments and operational issues
Support process improvements and KPI reporting
What we’re looking for:
3+ years experience in logistics or transport
Strong communication skills (Dutch & English required, French a plus)
Good knowledge of Excel, TMS/WMS systems
Basic understanding of customs & Incoterms
Hands-on, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset
