Team/division description
Within the Quality Division, we ensure that all Toyota and Lexus vehicles comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements. This includes the management of recalls and other proactive field actions to address potential risks in the vehicle population. In this role, you will support a major recall related to the vehicle airbag system, contributing directly to customer safety.
Your responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor recall and outreach effectiveness
2. Regularly track and follow up on NMSC recall performance, highlighting risks and gaps
3. In close collaboration with parts supply teams, develop and maintain forward‑looking forecasts for remedy parts demand
4. Maintain and annually update databases covering outstanding vehicles and recall status
5. Standardise data inputs to ensure accurate, consistent, and up‑to‑date vehicle information
6. Improve operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks using available Microsoft tools (. Power BI, Excel, Power Automate)
7. Support management in promoting and deploying the Toyota Pan‑European Outreach programme
8. Analyse outreach effectiveness (letters, campaigns, authority actions) and translate insights into targeted action plans to increase repair completion rates
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pan‑European Outreach strategies by sharing best practices and lessons learned across markets

10. You are fluent in English (Toyota Motor Europe’s business language)
11. You have experience working effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment
12. You possess solid basic project management skills, including task planning, prioritisation, and structured follow‑up
13. You are comfortable working with medium‑sized datasets in a structured and accurate manner and have strong digital and data skills (. Power Query, Power BI, Advanced Excel formulas, Power Automate)
14. You communicate in a clear, precise, and transparent way
15. You are confident interacting with multiple stakeholders across different functions and markets
16. You are a strong team player who collaborates constructively with others
17. You are able to work efficiently under occasional pressure and short deadlines
