An experienced Senior Recruiter Specialist is required for the Banking & Financial Services industries, to drive direct search and selection processes for mid, senior and top management professionals. This role offers a high level of responsibility and requires a proven track record in identifying and engaging high-quality talent, along with a clear passion for recruitment.
Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end search and sourcing processes.
* Develop and execute tailored search strategies to identify and engage target talent.
* Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates through a structured and insight-driven approach.
* Prepare and present longlists and shortlists with clear rationale and market insights.
* Contribute to talent mapping and market intelligence initiatives.
* Work closely with the director to ensure alignment and successful delivery of assignments.
* Prepare high-quality documentation in line with the firm’s standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, executive search, talent acquisition, with a strong track record in identifying and engaging high-quality talent.
* Solid understanding of, or strong interest in, the Banking & Financial Services sector.
* A genuine passion for recruitment and talent identification, with a strong interest in people and market dynamics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
* Strong client orientation, with a high level of professionalism and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating ownership, accountability and sound judgement.
* High level of adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and evolving environment.
* Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
