We are currently looking for a Senior Customer Care Advisor to join the Customer Care team of a leading organization in the automotive and mobility sector. Mission Context The Customer Care team plays a key role in ensuring high customer satisfaction by managing and resolving complex customer cases. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will act as a central point of contact between customers, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented case handling. You will work in a collaborative environment where communication, empathy, and analytical skills are essential to deliver a high-quality customer experience.
