You’ll work closely with IT application owners, business stakeholders, external suppliers, and internal IT colleagues to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.This is a hybrid role that combines day-to-day support with the chance to contribute to structural improvements and minor projects—giving you both operational and strategic impact.Your ResponsibilitiesIncident Management: Resolve issues efficiently, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.Functional & Technical Support: Provide support for assigned applications and contribute to process optimization.Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement enhancements to reduce manual support and strengthen application stability.Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and structured documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transparency.Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to escalate issues or deliver improvements.To succeed, you will needAt Atlas Copco Group, our slogan for various positions is "hire for attitude & train for skill".
