This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of a pioneering biohacking and longevity concept based in Ghent, Belgium. As the senior content and performance specialist, you will take full ownership of developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that elevates brand authority, educates audiences, and drives engagement across multiple channels. You will work closely with the founder, acting as a strategic partner to ensure the brand's premium positioning is consistently reflected in all communications. Your expertise will be instrumental in connecting organic content with paid performance funnels, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results and foster meaningful community growth.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a holistic content strategy encompassing education, authority, lifestyle, and trust-building themes.
* Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content across visuals, video, copy, and tone of voice.
* Manage and optimize social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and measurable growth.
* Integrate organic content initiatives with paid performance campaigns to maximize reach and conversion.
* Analyze performance data to refine strategies and report on key metrics.
* Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the founder, contributing to brand direction and decision-making.
* Uphold and protect the premium brand identity in all digital touchpoints.
* Stay informed on trends in health, wellness, and performance to maintain relevance and authority.
Skills And Requirements
* Proven experience managing content and performance for premium, health, lifestyle, or performance brands.
* Strong strategic thinking and creative direction skills.
* Expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing analytics.
* Ability to develop and execute data-driven content strategies.
* Excellent written and visual communication skills.
* Decisive, proactive, and comfortable with responsibility and ownership.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
* Experience collaborating directly with founders or senior leadership is a plus.
* Based in or able to work with teams in Ghent, Belgium; remote candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
* Availability for a part-time, contract-based engagement.
