Beschrijving van de functie
* Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for a defined practice group
* Partner with internal recruitment stakeholders on hiring execution and reporting
* Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees in Belgium
* Support international mobility and secondment processes
* Act as the primary HR contact for business services staff
* Provide day-to-day HR advice on policies, procedures, and employee relations
* Contribute to HR projects related to performance management, wellbeing, and compensation
* Collaborate closely with HR colleagues, partners, and people managers
* Report directly to the Head of HR Belgium
Jouw profiel
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR role within professional services
* Previous experience in a law firm environment is essential
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Pragmatic, flexible, and service-oriented mindset
* Comfortable working in a demanding, international setting
* Fluent in English (working language)
