Role Description
The Human Resources Director at IVC Evidensia Belgium is responsible for overseeing HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. This full-time hybrid role is part of the Belgian Management Team, and requires to think along on a strategic level, as well as collaborating with the team on an operational level.
Qualifications
* You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English
* A master's level of thinking with at least 5 years' experience within operational HR and successful experience in a leadership role
* Strong ‘can-do’ approach knows how to inspire people to results in a dynamic way
* Sufficient seniority to be perceived throughout the organisation as a valued business partner and sparring partner for our management team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations skills
* Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
* Knowledge of Performance Management
* Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
* Experience in the healthcare or retail industry is a plus
