This role leads the regional execution of global brand strategy, ensuring that VM is a key driver of consumer experience, storytelling, and business growth.With full scope oof VM Training and VM Product Strategies, this position ensures that teams across all channels—from Owned & Operated to Franchise and Key Wholesale—are equipped with the right tools, knowledge, and strategic direction to deliver a seamless and aspirational in-store experience.Leading a team of Country VM Leaders and VM product strategy teams, partnering cross-functionally with Brand Experience, Merchandising, Planning, Sales, and Global counterparts, you will ensure a seamless VM execution and education that places the consumer at the center and strengthens Levi’s position as a market leader.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES****Strategic Leadership & Regional Direction*** Define and drive the long-term visual merchandising strategy for Europe, aligning global brand objectives with regional priorities and local market nuances.* Represent VM at the most senior levels of cross-functional planning, ensuring brand, commercial, and consumer goals are interconnected.* Oversee and empower Country VM Leads to execute strategy with excellence, local relevance, and brand integrity across all formats and regions through on-site training and coaching* Lead a high performing team of VM, Styling and Product strategy team to ensure Europe is best in class and relevant across local markets.**Visual Merchandising Product Strategy*** Lead the development of the VM product strategy in partnership with Merchandising, Planning, and Global VM teams—ensuring key looks, product stories, and category priorities are visually brought to life in-store.* Define seasonal VM priorities and presentation standards based on consumer insights, commercial goals, and product lifecycle planning and key styling approach through a European lens.* Partner with Global VM and Merch teams to influence the toolkit creation, ensuring sell-in and sell-through are supported by compelling visual stories and clear zoning strategies.* Ensure best in class and pinnacle expression of our brand across our European Flagship locations and continually elevate.**VM Training & Capability Building*** Own the end-to-end VM training strategy for Europe, building a world-class program to elevate the capabilities of in-store VMRs, field teams, and franchise/wholesale partners.* Partner with global training functions to co-create scalable modules, workshops, and onboarding materials that reinforce brand standards and drive operational consistency.* Implement a structured learning cadence across regions, tailored to maturity levels and store formats, to continuously improve VM execution and understanding and ensure KPI’s and ROI are documented.**Consumer Experience & Field Execution*** Drive flawless execution of monthly and seasonal VM updates—including windows, styling, zoning, and campaign rollouts—through on-site training and coaching for our store VM teams.* Conduct regular market visits and field coaching to reinforce excellence, gather feedback, and evolve strategy based on real-time insights.* Ensure all store environments reflect Levi’s brand DNA, innovation, and visual consistency—regardless of channel or location.**Cross-Functional Influence & Communication*** Act as a strategic partner to Commercial, Retail, Merchandising, and Marketing teams to align product, VM, and consumer priorities.* Translate global toolkits into actionable, localized directives with clarity and consistency—ensuring timely and effective communication across all markets.* Provide ongoing feedback to Global and Cluster VM/BX teams, acting as a voice for the region and contributing to future global tool development.**Budget Management & Operational Excellence*** Own the regional VM budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, cost control, and ROI optimization.* Maintain oversight of the regional VM calendar, aligning timelines and deliverables with marketing, commercial, and retail milestones.* Implement governance tools to monitor and measure executional quality, performance, and impact across channels.**Store Openings & Expansion Support*** Ensure VM strategy and execution for new market entries and store openings, ensuring visual standards and consumer experience are achieved from day one with on-site training during opening process.* Collaborate with Store Planning & Construction (SP&C) to ensure a seamless opening process is achieved and influence key learnings from each project.**JOB REQUIREMENTS****Qualifications & Experience:*** 10+ years of progressive VM leadership experience, preferably in multi-market or regional roles across premium/lifestyle/fashion retail.* Proven expertise in building and leading both VM product strategies and VM training programs at scale.* Strong track record of leading high-performing teams, influencing across functions, and driving tangible commercial impact through VM.* Solid understanding of revenue and KPI’s, consumer behavior, and how VM drives performance.* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills in matrixed environments.**Functional Competencies:*** **Brings
