What You’ll Be Doing Act as delivery owner across multiple squads, ensuring alignment and progress Set up and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives Coach, challenge, and support teams to maximize results and foster self-organization Remove obstacles and protect teams from internal and external distractions Assist Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization Track and analyze team capacity and velocity metrics for continuous improvement Champion agile methodologies within the organization, acting as an ambassador for best practices Report on agile deployment and project progress to leadership Manage risks and issues proactively, ensuring smooth project delivery Promote knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration within multicultural teams What We’re Looking For Minimum 6 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master in large, complex organizations Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and agile coaching Proven experience managing dependencies in complex environments, ideally within banking or financial services Hands-on experience with agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g., Jira) Understanding of automated testing and continuous integration tooling Strong knowledge of software development and project management methodologies Demonstrated ability to drive delivery while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Experience working with multicultural, cross-functional teams Exceptional communication, organization, and knowledge-sharing skills Positive, pragmatic, and feedback-driven mindset — you see challenges as opportunities to learn and adapt Language Proficiency Fluency in English Proficiency in at least one local language (French or Dutch) Other Requirements Freelance position 12-month project duration Based in Brussels, Belgium Full-time (40 hours per week) Vetting through RELYzIT Talent’s VECTOR7™ Signal Stack Ready to build the future with Europe’s elite?
