As a Shiftleader at Barouche, you are managing the daily operations of the restaurant - creating memorable customer experiences, and helping shape the future of a fast-growing food start-up. The Middle Eastern flatbread might not have changed that much over the years, people’s eating habits have. They shift all the time. They eat more consciously, want more choices, new flavour combinations, … So, we decided it was time to push the boundaries of this staple dish and re-interpret this world famous classic. We serve the tastiest homemade flatbreads filled with the finest ingredients. Fresh, healthy, full of flavour and surprising. In our republic everybody gets an enthusiastic welcome, exceptional service, killer tunes, in short… an unforgettable time. We open our first location in Ghent (Kortemunt) Autumn 2020 but aim for ambitious growth plan in the years to come. To grow our story, we are looking for an enthusiastic intern with an overdose of passion for social media and hospitality.
