1. Employee Lifecycle Management(1)Handle HR module tasks for assigned countries, including onboarding, internal transfers/mobility, offboarding, contract signing and renewal, benefits and leave management, personnel file maintenance, attendance and working hours operations, etc. (2)Participate in key projects such as employee data governance, employee experience enhancement and optimization, driving process standardization and management improvement. 2. Payroll Compliance Operations & Delivery(1)Responsible for payroll compliance operations in European countries, including payroll data calculation/verification, social and health insurance, tax processing, and daily communication and relationship management with local vendors/institutions. (2)Maintain payroll-related data and documentation, providing basic operational support such as real-time updates to payroll records, responding to employee inquiries, and managing payroll databases. 3. Employee Benefits and Social Insurance Management(1)Manage commercial and statutory insurance (social and medical), including contribution base calculation, monthly reconciliation, and annual audits. Automatically monitor and correct abnormal data to mitigate risks of under- or over-contribution. (2)Oversee the daily operations and vendor management of benefit programs such as commercial insurance, supplementary medical coverage, and annual health check-ups, as well as related billing and cost allocation. 4. Payroll Data Maintenance & Employee Support(1)Respond to employees’ daily inquiries regarding payroll, social security, and attendance via multiple channels such as DingTalk, phone, and ticketing system, ensuring timely support and improved employee satisfaction. (2)Regularly compile SSC & Payroll FAQs, optimize service processes and knowledge base to improve response efficiency. 5. Data & Process Optimization(1)Identify opportunities for improvement in HR processes and systems, maintain HR module SOP documentation, and provide optimization suggestions. (2)Participate in the implementation and continuous enhancement of HR system projects such as “Hi HR” and payroll digitization initiatives, driving automation and digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and data compliance.
