Communication & Marketing Assistant Intern
Function
* Under the supervision of the Communications & Marketing Specialist, you will assist the entire marketing team in various tasks:
Helping to revise our sales kits (integration into the Galactic design via Illustrator)
* Creating content for LinkedIn & the website, with at least 2 articles to be written during the internship period & 1 LinkedIn post every 2 weeks.
* Assisting with a video project under the supervision of the Communications & Marketing Specialist:
* Coordinating content internally with the various departments.
* Creating the creative brief. Selecting the audiovisual agency.
* Coordinating with the selected agency to produce the video.
* Collecting leads generated by various marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, emailing, events, etc.) and integrating them into our CRM.
* Support the global marketing team in various tasks.
Profile
Languages: fluent in professional French and English – other languages are a plus
Proficiency in InDesign and/or Illustrator and Canva
You have a background in communications and are curious
You want to work in an enthusiastic and dynamic team environment.
