What You'll Be Doing Typical responsibilities include: Working with our EMEA Public Sector Vice‑President, Industry Lead and solution owners to define and execute the sales strategy and go‑to‑market plan for the Public Sector team; consistently delivering against sales targets; contributing to the overall growth of the business.
What You'll Bring A good understanding of Public sector issues and the ability to ‘educate and solutionise' with the customer
A good understanding of Public sector operational and buying processes, including government frameworks and contracts
Extensive experience in complex solution selling within the Public sector across the BeNeLux region
Determination to succeed in challenging circumstances
Ability to integrate into effective sales teams and lead opportunities
The ability to be an independent decision‑maker but equally as inclusive when evaluating options
Ambitious and energetic with strong interpersonal skills
Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities
Good team player, capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstances
Ability to spot sector changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively and positively
Ability to plan for the future
Can perform effectively in complex environments

Desirable Previous experience of selling trusted data foundations, analytical and AI solutions, counter fraud solutions, citizen‑centric services and Data heavy products within the Public sector. Experience across Centralised Government and Security & Defence market verticals
