We are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Fraud Cluster within the Customer Servicing and Efficiency Tribe of a leading bank.
Mission Context
The Fraud Cluster provides tools and coordinates bank-wide strategy to prevent and detect fraud. The BA will lead business analysis activities, act as Opus/Feature owner, and support Agile ideation and refinement (EPIC/OPUS). You will work closely with business, tech, and stakeholder teams to ensure efficient, future-oriented fraud prevention solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis for end-to-end features and opuses (Opus/Feature owner)
* Gather, challenge, and document business needs, ensuring alignment with strategy and customer experience
* Facilitate Agile ideation and refinement workshops
* Translate business requirements into functional specifications for target solutions
* Support end-to-end testing, report on progress, defects, and risks
* Assist in change management and solution adoption at go-live
* Identify and manage constraints, risks, and impediments transparently

Education
* Master's degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Technical Skills
Mandatory
* 6+ years of experience in business analysis
* Experience with Agile ideation/refinement techniques and Opus/Feature ownership
* Expertise in MS Office, including data visualization
* Contribution to testing and functional analysis
Preferred
* Knowledge of fraud detection and prevention in banking
