The Role
Support the Global Education team in delivering seamless, high-quality training programs across markets by driving operational excellence, coordination, and content management. This role focuses on the execution of online, in-person, and hybrid learning initiatives through strong planning, implementation, and reporting. The position aims to reduce operational complexity, enhance consistency, and increase visibility of key performance metrics such as attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update the global master calendar, including milestones, sessions, owners, and dependencies. ·
* Coordinate training sessions end to end, including invitations, attendee lists, confirmations, reminders, follow-up, and attendance tracking.
* Support session logistics by coordinating materials, kits, samples, and suppliers where needed, and by managing readiness checklists.
* Act as a coordination point across global and market teams, including Education, Marketing, Sales, Retail, as well as ambassadors, council members and digital educators, ensuring clear communication and follow-up without direct authority.
* Support educators and digital ambassadors by collecting inputs, following up on actions, and helping ensure readiness for delivery.
* Upload, update, and maintain content in LMS, SharePoint, and content repositories, ensuring strong version control, naming conventions, metadata, and organization.
* Consolidate market data such as attendance, completion rates, feedback, and basic cost tracking, and support monthly dashboards and activity trackers for internal visibility.
* Provide light support to audiovisual education content coordination and occasional research on trends, benchmarks, or content inspiration.
Experience, Education & Skills
* Internship, academic, or early experience in coordination, operations, education, marketing, communication, or related areas is desirable.
* Experience managing calendars, trackers, follow-up actions, or event/training coordination through academic, internship, or extracurricular projects is a plus.
* English C1, written and spoken.
* Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Highly analytical & data driven
