WHAT WILL YOU DO? ✍️
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
* Collaborate closely with Microsoft and HCL teams during the design and configuration phase to ensure effective knowledge transfer and proper documentation of backlog items.
* Take ownership of backlog items post Microsoft exit, ensuring product readiness and platform continuity.
* Develop and enhance integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Azure services and the broader AWS ecosystem.
* Design and develop Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate and administration via the Power Platform Admin Centre.
* Perform Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM customisations such as PCF controls, plugins, web resources and JavaScript.
* Manage Azure components related to CCaaS, including Azure Communication Services and Event Grid configurations.
* Develop and hand over custom APIs in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to support integration and automation requirements.
* Develop and enhance chatbot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
* Configure and enhance voice channel solutions leveraging Azure Communication Services and Event Grid.
* Contribute to the continuous evolution and transformation of the Dynamics 365 CRM Contact Centre platform.
WHAT TOOLS WILL YOU USE? 💻
* Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Service / Contact Centre)
* Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform Admin Centre)
* Azure services (Azure Communication Services, Event Grid)
* PCF controls, plugins, web resources and JavaScript
* Custom APIs and integration patterns
* Microsoft Copilot Studio (chatbots)
* Hybrid cloud environments (Azure & AWS)
* ITIL or similar service management frameworks
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 🧐
* Strong experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service / CCaaS solutions
* Hands-on experience with the Power Platform
* Proven development experience in Dynamics 365 CRM customisations (PCF, plugins, JavaScript, web resources)
* Solid understanding of API design and integration best practices
* Experience working with Azure services related to Contact Centre solutions
* Experience designing and developing chatbots using Copilot Studio
* Awareness or experience with hybrid cloud integrations across Azure and AWS
* Fluent English
Good to have: ✅
* Knowledge of AWS architecture and integration patterns
* Experience supporting enterprise CCaaS platforms
* Background working in large-scale or regulated environments
