We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded International Account Manager to lead the international expansion of our products. As part of a dynamic team of professionals, in a company with a long history in the sector, you will be responsible for developing new international markets, managing existing commercial relationships and ensuring the achievement of international sales objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement the export plan in line with company objectives.
* Identify new business opportunities in international markets.
* Manage and expand the network of distributors and agents abroad.
* Negotiate commercial terms with international clients.
* Coordinate logistics, documentation, and export processes.
* Participate in international trade fairs and commercial missions.
* Collaborate with marketing, finance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations.
* Conduct market, competition, and international trends analysis.
* Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal regulations in destination countries.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or similar.
* Experience in international business development, preferably in lighting design or contract furniture.
* Fluent in French and English (German is a plus).
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international regulations.
* Availability to travel.
* Analytical mindset with a strong results orientation.
