We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Developer to join our team at Options Belgium, part of the French based Groupe Options, European leader in furniture and tableware hire for all type of events.The successful candidate will be responsible for executing sales strategies to achieve the company’s goals. This position requires a talent for hunting, networking and relationship building. 1. Map, prospect, pitch and close the deal with new customers across your region in a very organized way
2. Follow market trends, stay up-to-date with competition and analyze customer data to improve and identify new opportunities
3. Relentlessly generate new customer leads, network with potential clients and create new business
4. Develop and maintain a database of contacts and leads
5. Create sales presentations and demonstrate the features and benefits of our services
6. Negotiate prices, contracts and close sales deals
7. Secure customer excellence in offer, quality and service
8. Work closely with operational and inside sales teams in Belgium to guarantee customer satisfaction
9. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
10. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
11. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
12. Organize regular business reviews, events and monitor customer feedback
Profil
13. Master degree or similar by experience
14. A first successful professional experience (3 to 5 years) in sales, ideally within the events and/or food industry, in a hunter-type role Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
