Join a high-profile, large-scale high-voltage construction project, driving safety excellence across all phases. You’ll lead HSE planning, audits, and contractor management while shaping a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead risk identification and control across the project.
* Develop and implement HSE strategy, systems, and reporting (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
* Conduct audits, mentor teams, and drive proactive safety culture.
* Ensure contractors maintain top-tier safety practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to embed HSE best practices.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in construction safety management, ideally in data centre, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, or high-voltage projects.
* OSHA 30-hour training (or local equivalent), management and incident investigation training.
* Strong contractor/stakeholder management and HSE regulatory knowledge.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Legal right to work in Belgium.
