Head of Alliances – Export Markets LATAM
We are now seeking a Head of Alliances – Export Markets LATAM to lead business development and partner performance across Latin America export markets where Ipsen has no direct affiliate presence.
Your impact
In this strategic role, you will shape and execute Ipsen’s growth agenda across LATAM export markets by building high-impact partnerships and driving sustainable business performance. You will act as a key interface between Ipsen and local distributors, ensuring strong execution, compliance and long‑term value creation.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Defining and executing strategic and operational plans for LATAM export markets
* Identifying new market opportunities, partners and business models
* Leading commercial alliances and distributor performance management
* Driving business cases, pricing strategies and financial performance
* Coordinating new product launches in close collaboration with Regulatory, Medical and Commercial teams
* Ensuring high standards of ethics, compliance and governance across all partnerships
What You Bring
* Proven experience in Specialty Care within the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong background in business development, alliances or regional commercial strategy
* Solid financial and analytical acumen with the ability to turn insights into action
* Experience working with distributors and partners across Latin America
* Fluency in English, with Spanish and or Portuguese strongly preferred
* Cultural awareness and the ability to operate effectively across diverse LATAM markets

* São Paulo, Bogotá or Mexico City
